Account creation uses your name, email address and a securely hashed password. Enquiries use the contact details and message you submit. Investor verification may require additional information during onboarding.
Account and operational information
The platform records sessions, account events, balances, investment entries and support activity needed to provide the service and protect accounts. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Cookies and device preferences
Authentication uses a protected session cookie. Device storage may retain interface preferences. Advertising trackers are not used.
Use and access
Information is used to operate accounts, respond to enquiries, maintain records and protect the platform. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers needed for those purposes.

Use the contact page to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Record retention requirements may apply after a verified investment agreement is established.
